We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund under this policy.

How to request a return

Email support@officialpdrnserum.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item or items you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Return conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. To qualify for a return, products must be unopened and unused, and returned with all items and original contents included.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
