How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $2.99 for orders of $50 or less. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
Does an order of exactly $50 qualify for free shipping?
No. Free shipping applies to orders over $50. Orders totaling exactly $50 have a $2.99 shipping charge.
How long does shipping take?
Our estimated shipping timeframe is 8–13 days.
What if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe, email support@officialpdrnserum.com. with your order number so we can help.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Eligible returns must be unopened and unused and include all items and original contents.
Can I return an opened or used product?
No. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
